The Red Lion Tavern is situated approximately 22 km south of Glen Innes on the New England Highway.

Open fires in the winter (most of the year!) add to the charm and ambience of the dining room and bar, especially if it’s snowing outside!

Our accommodation comprises three country style rooms, all with ensuites and double beds; two of the rooms have an additional single bed.

Our restaurant is very popular with the locals and offers excellent quality meals at a reasonable price. Christmas in July (last 2 Saturdays) is one of our specialties for which bookings are essential.
